How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary according to where the medication is being delivered. The medication gets dispatched within 24 hours of placing an order. Deliveries are usually received within 2 to 7 working days. We confirm the ETA via email along with the tracking number. These turnaround times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes and so on.
Due to certain import restrictions, medications may not be able to be shipped to some countries. You will be informed if the country you are ordering from has such regulations, however, it is the customer’s ultimate responsibility to investigate their country’s regulations when ordering.
How do orders get packaged?
Medications are carefully placed in plain envelopes / packaging that gives no indication of what is inside. Customer details are always kept confidential to ensure maximum privacy at all times.
What should I do if my order has not arrived in the expected time?
One of our primary concerns is that our customers receive their medications with prompt delivery. However, delays in receiving orders may happen for various reasons including:

- delays caused by public holidays
- late deliveries from suppliers

What should I do if my order has not arrived and seems to be lost?
In the unlikely event that you still have not received your order after 28 days, please contact our customer support team. Our customer support representatives will conduct an investigation to help resolve the issue in the shortest possible time.
